Albanian artists who live/study abroad are not excluded from support, provided they fulfill the following conditions: The project is entirely implemented in Albania and performed to an Albanian audience; They guarantee to be in the country during the entire time necessary for project implementation and reporting; They are or have previously been active in the Albanian independent cultural scene.
